What do you enjoy most about running your own business?
Helping Patients and learning how to help more patients. I also love the autonomy of running my own business.
What was your biggest digital marketing challenge prior to joining Click Engage Convert Academy?
Understanding how to create content in a more focused and strategic way. I didn’t have a process or format to be able to generate quality content so that I could post to social media frequently.
What digital marketing challenges does being a member of the Academy solve for you and your business?
It solved a blockage in flow, especially in producing blog and social media content. It also helped me understand that case studies can be used as blog posts to add more flesh and weight to my website.
What’s your greatest digital marketing win since joining the Academy?
The major win is re-igniting my creative process. I am now regularly posting to social media (including loads of video content using with BigVU, which I learnt about in the Academy), as well as improving my email marketing consistency.
I also now have a much better understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM tracking, and how they all connect together technically. It’s like sewing the pieces together and seeing how they work off each other.
In now have much better traction with Meta Ads and am able to understand the results and how they inform changes that need to be made along the path.
What would you say to someone who is considering joining the Academy?
