One of the most rewarding aspects is educating fitness professionals, providing them with the tools and knowledge to excel in their careers.
What was your biggest digital marketing challenge prior to joining the Academy?
My most significant challenge in digital marketing stemmed from a lack of clarity on effective strategies. While I often heard advice like “you just need to do more marketing,” it was perplexing. What exactly did “more marketing” entail? I would emulate strategies I observed from others, but without truly grasping the underlying concepts, it felt like a hit-and-miss approach. The broader idea of marketing funnels, for instance, eluded me. Additionally, concepts such as customer segmentation, retargeting, content marketing, and conversion optimisation were areas I initially struggled to comprehend.
